• Face‑to‑face English lessons in Phuket, Thailand

Eligibility

Our services are available to learners of all ages. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms (or have parental consent if under 18)
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose

Conduct and Communication

As a learner, you agree to:

• Treat tutors and staff with respect and professionalism
• Refrain from inappropriate, offensive, or harmful behavior
• Protect the privacy of tutors and other learners
• Attend scheduled lessons on time or provide advance notice for cancellations
• Follow the tutor's guidance and participate actively
• Not share lesson recordings or materials without permission

Intellectual Property Rights

All original content, materials, and resources provided by Paradigm are the exclusive property of Paradigm and its licensors. They are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Payments and Refunds

Lesson fees are clearly communicated before booking. Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers. Refund and cancellation policies are provided at the time of purchase. Please contact us on WhatsApp for any billing questions.

Career and Outcomes

Paradigm helps learners improve their English skills, which can enhance career opportunities. However:

• We do not guarantee job placements or specific outcomes
• Career success depends on individual effort, skills, and market conditions
• Any success stories shared are for informational purposes only

Disclaimers and Limitations

Paradigm services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error‑free service (including internet connectivity for online lessons)
• Specific language proficiency gains
• Accuracy of all materials or third‑party information

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paradigm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Privacy and Data Protection

Termination
